Warranty Policies

We provide different warranty policies for different items:
CCD Security Cameras: 2 years after shipment
Micro Camera DVR: 1 year after shippment
DVR Card: 3 years after shipment
Stand Alone DVR: 3 years for HN series; 2 years for HV series.

Return Policies

Clients can return and change the products within 30 days after receipt of shipment from us due to the goods quality problem (excluding problems that are caused by misuse).
